After the long weekend most of us will wake up feeling a little bloated from the additional food (and possibly alcohol!).  This is a great little “detox breakfast”, to enjoy for the rest of the week.  It is packed with nutrients and fibre, it will provide you with energy and get you regular in no time.

This breakfast is grain free and takes ONE minute to make only 5 ingredients.

All you need is 1/4 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup flaxseed meal and 2 tbsp of any nuts (chopped).  Place these ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for a minute.


Add in 2 tbsp of blueberries, 1 tbsp of coconut flakes and a dash of agave sugar (optional).  Mix together and enjoy with a glass of water.
