Here is a great GRAIN FREE pancake that you can make any day of the week.


What you need:

  • ½ banana
  • 1½ tbsp almond butter
  • 1 whole egg
  • ½ scoop pure protein powder
  • Cinnamon

What to do:

Heat a non-stick skillet.  In a bowl, mash the banana and whisk in the egg, protein powder, cinnamon and 1 tbsp of the almond butter.  Pour into the hot skillet and cook for 1 minute, flip and cook the other side.  Serve with the remainder of the almond butter as a topping.
