This month MCC is featuring active ingredients in foods that can help reduce the number of medications in your medicine cabinet. With that said we thought it would be fitting to uses some of these food to come up with a quick meal in minutes that is not only delicious but contains fibre, plant sterols, omega and probiotic. yogurt, berries and pb

What you will need:
  • 3/4 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp Holy crap cereal
  • 1 tsp almond butter
What to do:

Add the frozen blueberries and 1 tbsp of water to a small pot. Heat over medium heat until melted and there are some blueberries left. Place yogurt in a bowl and add almond butter,  blueberries and top with holy crap cereal.
