Eggs Scrambelled eggs- 1

Try this savory breakfast that will keep you full and give you the energy you need to get through your morning on the first phase of the Fat Attack.


  • 2 whole eggs
  • two whites
  • 1 tsp fat free cream cheese
  • salt

What to do:

Whisk the whole eggs and the whites and add a pinch of salt. Place on a PAM sprayed skillet and start to cook, when flip over, place the cream cheese in the middle and fold over
