A spin on our MCC cream cheese and eggs, this modified version is a sample of what you can eat on the 40 going on 20 cleanse! This mouth watering breakfast is a great start to your day!
What you need:
- 1 whole egg
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp light soft goat cheese
- 4 tablespoons salsa
- 1 small fruit or ½ cup of fruit
What to do:
Place the oil in a skillet and heat, whisk the eggs and pour into the hot skillet, cook on the one side and flip. Place the soft goat cheese in the middle and fold. Serve with salsa and a side of fruit.
