1 egg white
2 tbsp oatbran
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
½ tsp splenda
What to do:
Beat egg white until foamy. In a separate bowl combine the oat bran, plain Greek yogurt and splenda. Add in the beaten eggs and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture onto a heated pan and cook for 5 min, flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
