Option # 1¼ cup Oats 1 tbsp Chia 1 scoop protein powder ¼ Banana ¼ cup Almond milk 1tbsp chopped almonds |
Option # 2½ cup Oats 1 scoop protein powder 1 tbsp Pecans & almonds each ¼ cup water / milk ½ Apple (chopped) ¼ tsp cinnamon

Option # 3¾ cup Plain Greek yogurt 1 cup frozen fruit 1 tbsp whole oats 1 tbsp chia 1 tbsp nuts
