Celebrate the season at MCC – most people use the holiday month to tone down their fitness regime as they devote the time to shopping, visiting family and friends. At MCC we feel this is a time to not reduce, but instead RAMP UP the exercise plan. Fitness does not undo “bad” eating, but it will help you manage stress, improve your immune system and burn some calories for a little wiggle room.

Merry Mash Up December 12 at 6pm
On the 12th day of Christmas my trainer gave to me…a hybrid class with Karen and Kelly! Join these two gals in their first Merry Mash up – this 1 and half hour class combines HIIT, CORE, STRENGTH – all while jamming to your favourite jingles. Post class enjoy some healthy bubbly on us!
Candle and Holiday Lights Stretch (all month)
Remove yourself from the holiday hustle and bustle with some special additions to our stretch classes. Enjoy the calmness of candles and holiday lights – plus enjoy a calming tea post class.
Red and Green Super Saturday December 15 (all classes)
You are sure to get RED as we ramp up the cardio on December 15th classes, we ask that you wear red or green workout gear. Join us later that afternoon from 12-2pm for our annual holiday member appreciation event. Enjoy food and friends PLUS we will announce the winner of our Little Black dress challenge.
