With everyone trying to get summer body ready, the fitness classes are buzzing.  We want to ensure that all our members keep their momentum in order to achieve their best body.  For the month of June, we have jazzed up our studio space with more equipment and offerings – be ready to push your fitness to the next level.

  1. Functional fitness ready!  We are so excited to showcase our new TRX, CHIN up and weight apparatus.  This will allow us to teach a new type of functional class – suitable for those that are fit ready to take it up a notch.
  2. Weekly Meditation/Yoga on Wednesdays – this spring we began to offer a few meditation classes, they were such a hit that we have expanded the offering!  Each Wednesday at 745pm join Jessie in the studio for a meditation class infused with gentle stretch.
  3. Stretch and Recovery – your muscles will love you – I promise!  This class is designed to relax and recovery your body – this is suitable for all levels of fitness.
  4. HIIT – a quick 45-minute class – and that’s about all you can do – be ready to be pushed to the max with a higher intensity.  Be sure to sweat!
  5. BOX – for any of the members that have tried this – they get hooked!  A very popular class offered Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.  Jon our in-studio boxer has been bringing a few new elements to the class to keep it new and exciting.  A must try!
