For the month of April we launched the BELLY BLASTER DIET, and with a new diet comes new recipes and meal ideas.  The Belly MASH up was an instant hit, WHY because it hits all the criteria for goodness: less than 5 ingredients, ready in minutes, filling taste in your mouth, combining sweet, salty, smooth and crunchy…and chocolate!

What you need

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp natural sugar
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips (a great alternative is to add 1/4 cup of pure cocoa powder and 1/4 cup dark chocolate chip )

Heres what to do:

Preheat your oven at 350. Mix all ingredients together. On a baking sheet, form the cookies (2 tbsp for one cookie). Makes 12 cookies. Bake for 10 minutes.

Each cookie is 100 kcal 2.5g Fibre, 3g protein, 8g fat
