Before staring MCC, I was having a hard time finding a workout routine that fit my schedule and would motivate me to enjoy exercise. My initial goal when starting the MCC program was weight loss. Along with the weight loss I gained a new level of energy and found that my eating habits had changed to reflect my new active lifestyle. Today I can say that I feel like a new woman! I now lead a very realistic and healthy lifestyle that includes keeping active. I am almost at my goal weight and am extremely happy with my progress thus far! If you are thinking about the program, stop thinking and start acting. DO IT! It is a great way to keep active and help you loose weight or even maintain your weight.
