Prior to joining MCC I was always tired and out of breath. I have been exercising with the team at MCC for over 6 months, and I have to date lost 23 pounds! I continue to exercise 4-5 times a week at the clinic – and doing things that I haven’t been able to do since my 20s!
I highly recommend the MCC program, it’s a great environment to stay motivated and get educated!
