Lynn J’s Story
I have been a member of MCC (thanks Patsy) since 2011. When I joined I wanted to lose some weight and get fit. I could not have come to a better place. The nutrition program along with the fitness aspect was perfect for me. It was simple to follow the guidelines of the nutrition program without feeling like I missing something or feeling hungry. The guidance along the way was so helpful and encouraging. I cannot say enough about the fitness side of the program. The small classes and extremely dedicated and knowledgeable trainers keep me coming back week after week. So thank you to the MCC family and all the wonderful friends I have met along the way.
