Before joining MCC I was about 20lbs overweight – not bad on exercising, but no great motivation. My goal when I first joined MCC, was to loose the extra weight. I enjoyed the meetings with the nutritionists and their feedback. However, when I joined the fitness program, that’s when I realized I was in the right place!
From nutritionists to trainers, the whole program for me came together. The MCC team has inspired me so much that I am now on my last stage of becoming a personal trainer! I am thankful to all the staff and very proud of my accomplishments. Thank you all!
