Rachel’s Story


I have been running for a couple of years. My running performance had plateaued and I needed to start cross training in order to improve my speed and race times. Patsy had provided a few talks at the Running Room and I really enjoyed the information she provided.  Within 4-6 weeks of joining MCC I was gaining muscle and losing body fat. What was key for me was seeing my speed work improving week after week.  I love the atmosphere at MCC, I actually look forward to working out. I feel challenged and I am pushed to work harder than if I was to join a gym or working out on my own.*
