Before coming to MCC I was worried about my health. I wanted to lose weight but I didn’t know how.
My Mom, Dad and I tried a class and we really liked it. We decided it was a very good way of spending family time being active and getting healthy.
My initial goal was to lose weight as well as build muscle.
I really enjoy the family fitness and I love when I’m challenged to do more. I’m getting stronger every day.
I have lost inches, body fat percent and pounds.
My experience at MCC is amazing, everyone is so helpful and supportive. I have recommended MCC to one of my very best friends and now we work out together weekly and it is so much fun.
If anyone I knew was struggling with the program and exercise, I would say some days are harder than others, but keep trying your best and believe in yourself. You can do it!
