Try this decadent Banana Split Sundae the next time you need a comfort food pick-me-up.

You will need….

1 banana, 1 tsp almond butter, 1 tsp pecans, 1 tsp dark chocolate chips, 1 tbsp greek yogurt

What to do

Slice banana lengthwise (peel still on) spoon in the almond butter, pecans and chocolate.
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Top with yogurt before serving.  If you do not want yogurt, add protein powder to the almond butter instead.

Need this snack to be even faster? Instead of baking in the oven, use the microwave for 1 minute.
