Smoothies are a refreshing, nutritious and quick meal solution. Here is our favourite Summer Smoothie
What you need:
- 3/4 cup pineapple, cubed
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 3/4 cup vanilla soymilk
- 3 Tbsp low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 6 ice cubes Garnish with
- 1/4 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes.
What to do:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend
