Smoothies are a refreshing, nutritious and quick meal solution. Here is our favourite Summer Smoothie

What you need:

  • 3/4 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup vanilla soymilk
  • 3 Tbsp low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder
  • 6 ice cubes Garnish with
  • 1/4 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes.

What to do:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend
