Backyard parties and get togethers are around the corner. We have found a  quick, easy dish that is not only delicious,  but is low in calories too!  This Green Zesty Veggie Dip is a great snack for any meal or to have as a back up meal in the fridge for those days when you don’t have anytime to prepare a snack.


What You Need:

  • 2 cups watercress (about 2 bunches)
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup fat- free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper

What to do:

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse appropriately 8-10 times until combined. Scrape mixture into a bowl, cover and chill 8 overnight.
