The perfect Power bar that you can make at home and have when ever you need, is right here! This is a quick and easy bar that makes a great pre-workout snack!
What you need:
- 1.5 scoops protein powder
- 1 egg 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1.3 cup flax seed meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp melted chocolate
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp agave syrup
What to do:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix, spoon onto baking pan (brownie style pan) and bake for 12 minutes at 350. Cut into three bars
