New Kefir Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tsp agave sugar
  • 1 tsp flax oil
  • 1⁄2 scoop protein powder

What to do:

1. Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
