These little suckers save my life!  So easy to make and lots of modifications if you have diet restricitions (switch the peanut butter to an almond butter, add protein powder, take out the oats if you are restricting your carbs, bake if you wish, or simply refrigerate or freeze.

Lets start with what you will need:

1 cup of peanut butter + 1 cup quaker oats + 1/2 cup chocolate chips – mini’s work great + 2 tsp of honey and 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes.

Mix all the ingredients together, and start to roll into little energy balls (this recipe should make 18-20

The best part is their nutritional information: each ball consists of 200 calories: 20 grams of carbohydrates + 12 grams of protein and 12 grams of fat.
