Save a little room for dessert! This quick and easy treat will satisfy a chocolate craving, not to mention one cake is only 150 kcal (15g C, 10g P, 10g F).
Here is what you will need
1/4 cup water, 1 tsp peanut butter, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp protein powder, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 10 chocolate chips, 1 tsp cocoa powder.
Mix all the ingredients together and then transfer into a microwave safe cup or dish (you can have fun with the shape: heart…) – make sure the cup or dish is either sprayed with cooking spray or coconut butter.
Place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, until cooked and enjoy hot.
Just tried the grain free chocolate cake. Should there be some form of sweetener? It doesn’t taste very good.
there is a new product called “just like sugar” it is made from chicory and maltodextrin, you can add 1/2 tsp of this and it would not influence the macrobalance numbers
