One of the biggest challenge we have is finding time to prep and prepare meals and snack. This PALEO snack is not only quick and easy but it is also delicious.
This is a gluten and dairy free recipe that is going to be one of your favorites. it is packed with nutrients that are sure to provide you with energy you need for your daily activities or a touch MCC workout.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups walnuts, unsalted
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ¼ – ½ cup water
What to do:
Place walnuts and sea salt in a blender or food processor and grind into a powder like texture. Add dates, cocoa powder, protein powder and vanilla. Mix well. While mixing, add water as needed to keep mixture together. Spoon mixture out of blender and roll into 8 round balls. Enjoy.
These delicious treats will keep well in the refrigerator.
