This is the perfect pre-workout OR even better pre-Muck MS snack! It is packed with fibre, protein, and they are delicious! One Of these quick, easy and delicious Hemp Balls makes a great pre-event snack to give you the energy and stamina you need to do you absolute best at your next race/ event!

What you need:

  • 6 dates
  • ¼ cup milled flax seeds
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 1 banana (ripe)
  • 2 scoops hemp protein powder
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 12 dark chocolate chips

How to:

Place in a food processor with all the other ingredients and blend. Roll into 14 balls. Refrigerate and serve after an hour. Coconut sprinkles are optional
