Here is what you need
- 1.5 cup of quick rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Here is what you need to do
Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor – until you reach a texture that you desire. To allow for better ball making – it is suggested to freeze the mix for an hour prior to rolling. Roll into 25 bites.
