TEAM GIVE BACK

Your team comes to our location and we host a group event: boxing, zumba, bootcamp, olympics or yoga. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Oakville Hospital Foundation

6 week weight loss challenge at your workplace. Individual and group sessions to help all participants reach their health goals.
